JAY D. BROWNSTEIN
Mr. Brownstein has 20 years experience in commercial and civil litigation. He has litigated bankruptcy, creditors' rights, contract disputes and other commercial cases in the state and federal courts in Georgia, Virginia and Maryland. Mr. Brownstein now primarily represents parties in business and commercial disputes and plaintiffs in civil cases involving wrongful death, serious personal injury, negligence, insurance disputes, consumer and investor fraud.

Mr. Brownstein is committed to the preservation of the civil justice system and the ideals espoused by the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association.
